PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS – WIN A 10K MORTAGE HOLIDAY
  1. 1.) Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
  2. 2.) Entry is open to residents of New Zealand. Employees of Mico and Caroma Industries NZ Limited and its agencies, plus members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. If a winning entrant is under 18 years old, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
  3. 3.) Entrants must be Mico retail customers. Trade account holders are not eligible.
  4. 4.) To qualify to enter the draw you must purchase $500.00 NZD (including GST) on Caroma or Dorf product, available from any Mico store on a nationwide basis between 1 December 2018 and 30 June 2019. Entry becomes invalid if the purchased product is returned for credit or exchanged with an alternative product. Each qualifying spend entitles the customer to a further entry into the draw.
  5. 5.) Qualifying customers must send proof of purchase to [email protected] by close of business on the 1st July 2019
  6. 6.) The prize draw will take place at Caroma Industries NZ Limited Head Office on Friday 5 July 2019. The first eligible entry drawn will be deemed the Winner.
  7. 7.)The Winner will be notified by phone or email within 5 days of the prize draw. If the Winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion), that Winner will forfeit the prize and another prize winner will be drawn.
  8. 8.) The prize constitutes $10,000.00 NZD (including GST).
  9. 9.) The prize is not transferable, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or service.
  10. 10.) Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. 11.) Entry is deemed to be consent to use the Winners information (name(s) and/or photographs, video), for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes if required without compensation and copyright will be vested in the Promoter.
  12. 12.) The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Promotion.
  13. 13.) Unless the Promoter determines otherwise, this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoter may be running concurrently.
  14. 14.) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mico and Caroma Industries NZ Limited and their related companies, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or accepting the prize.
  15. 15.) . All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of personal information held by the Promoter.
